ohmydog tonight i ate some deeee-lish sugar free gum that leah had in her room and massah freaked out and started calling the dreaded v-e-t and they told her to call the aspca poison line and they charged her $60 over the phone to tell her that she needs to INDUCE VOMITING and i didn't know what that meant but she drove away very very fast in her car and came back to the house with ICE CREAM and she put some fizzy stuff into it and i ate it all really quickly because it was good and then we ran all around the yard very fast and then that fizzy ice cream started fizzing in my innards and then all the fizzy stuff came OUT of my innards and the toxic gum came out with it and i kept HOCKing and HUACKing all over the place but it didn't matter because we were outside on the driveway and finally i stopped HACKing up stuff and she got a spoon and poked all around my puke (WEIRD-O!!) and started smiling really big and giving me hugs and kisses even though my mouth was covered in foamy puke and she called the people who RIPPED HER OFF back on the phone and they said i could not eat or drink anything all night long and massah is going to have to wake me up during the night to make sure i don't DIE because my glucose levels are too low. i was really super hyper after i ate the yummy gum and now...

OMD. That was quite a scare. We are so glad that you puked up that goofy old gum. Edgar puked up some kind of animal parts in the little bedroom the other day. We didn't have to pay $60.00 over the phone for that though. Ice cream in any form is worthwhile.

OMG Fig -don't eat gum! Some types can be very poisonous.
Your story reminds me of the time Momma came home and a whole bunch of chocolate was missing. It had been put on a very high table but one of us doggies had jumped up on the table to get it. So Momma didn't know which doggie had eaten it so we all had to have 2 tablespoons of the 'puking drink' (Hydrogen peroxide). It fizzed in our innards and we all puked and puked. Of couse then Momma was able to see who ate all the choclate - It was me!
