and upon closer inspection:
we were sleeping! what on earth is so funny about that?!
but please notice that i and IT were on opposite sides of massah, and that i had my paw out, touching massah's head, so i could make sure IT didn't cross over the line and try to snuggle with ME.
is there any other way to sleep at night?!

Looks perfectly acceptable to me!! I prefer to have my other end sticking toward the humans' heads.
Oh my goodness you are all so cute. I would sleep like that with my mom if she let me but she doesn't so I wait until she's asleep and then lay on her legs.
the funny part is that you NEVER sleep like that!
I notice that Massah sleeps in a really wierd manner. hehehe...other than that, I thought the 3 of you look really cosy together! It's such a heartwarming scene.
Everybody looks so comfy! I'm trying to convince mom I need to sleep with her.
I love to snuggle under the covers with Mom. Sherman gets too hot so he doesn't share the bed...which ROCKS!

I'm not seeing how that is funny. That's how I like to sleep only there's one more humnan in the bed and a cat. We can't sleep liek that all night though because Mom moves in her sleep a lot and there isn't enough room for us all to be there and for her to move around. I think massah-in-law is a little jealous.

That is definitely the only way to sleep at night...except that I like to have my head under the covers too.
